Nick the new guy here (sort of), joined last April but never made a formal introduction. Bought my 2020 1500 AT4 with a 6.2 engine used from my neighbor because he couldn't afford it and I'm now the third owner of this truck. Mainly bought the truck to tow my RZR around because my Tacoma was tad too small to haul that amount of weight. So far I'm enjoying the truck, tows my RZR without any issues.

It's the turboshaft jet engine I worked on in the Marines, full designations of the various models are: T64GE-6B/413/416/416A/419Welcome.
Does T64 designate a soviet tank? Hellava daily commute!
Hoping I can still be a member. 
Last week switched it up. I needed more towing capacity so picked up a '26 AT4 2500 in Sterling Gray to replace my '24 1500.
So far so good. It's definitely a truck though. The ride is very different from the 1500. I was expecting that. I think it is worth noting for anyone else considering doing the same kind of thing.
Need get actual tint instead of the dealership garbage, and a bed cover. Thinking a Retrax XR, because eventually there will be a 5th wheel hitch in the bed. Anyone have that cover and hate it?

Good morning! Just purchased a nice used 2024 GMC AT4X Sierra 1500 with the 3.0 Duramax. I had one similar a few years back in the regular AT4, and then a Canyon AT4 after that had to get rid of it. Happy to be back in this machine. Love this motor! I added the factory steps, a B&W hitch, and Hyperdipped all the emblems. Getting some window tint today.
