Since buying our 2025 2500HD AT4 we have been experiencing issues with the radio volume and turn signals not working, as in you cannot hear anything. Normally I would wait until I have a stop, shut off the engine while doing something else for a few minutes, come back and turn on the engine and everything would be working fine. It has been into a dealer at least twice now but they have not been able to fix the issue so that it won't happen again. Today it happened again, however after stopping and starting the vehicle twice while running errands it continues to not function properly. Does anyone have any ideas what is causing this and how to identify to the dealer what to do? Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Welcome.

Lots of quirky things are going on with the refresh. We need simpler things!

JFYI... the infotainment has a adjustment for chime/doing volume. But that won't help with the radio sound not working.

I found out the hard way that on my 2025 AT4X, if I hit the "cancel Call" or "hang-Up" button on the steering wheel, it will mute the radio. I did not know this when the truck was new. Shutting the truck off and restarting it did not unmute it either. After a couple trips to the service department, who could not figure out the issue either, they finally figured out the issue. As a word of caution, pressing and holding the cancel call button on the steering wheel for 15-20 seconds will cause a Hard Reset of the infotainment System, putting it back to factory settings. Good Luck!

Mine did that quite often too. They did an update at the dealership. Now it’s only every now and then and usually fixes itself after one restart
