the occasional A hole that is up my A$$ may have gotten a flash of bright lights at one point or another, I cant recall if I did that or not, as it probably isn't a smart, safe thing to do

My rear bumper fogs (AEV edition add on) Baja Design Squadron Sport Amber, are so darn bright because I ordered them with work area lens. I only use them, if ever (via my carplay screen) if I need a lot of light while reversing in very dark areas. I'd never use them against anyone on my tail or anything, it would certainly blind them.

Personally I don't give a "F" about the 30 dollar discount, but i however, wont be buying anything in the future. The principal of it to me speaks volumes, i could never imagine doing not honoring it to my customers in my business,. To each their own.

I'm Josh brown and Venom Trucks is an American company with USA products and we are a 2 person operation. Myself wearing hats of CEO, inventor, customer relations, product testing, shipping, website design, and wholesale operations. To do all this and have the level of support we have earned, means 2-3 hours of sleep a day for me.

That being said $30 might not mean much to you, but multiply that over 800 preorders placed before Black Friday, that does matter to my family. We won't give 1 customer a refund without giving them all refunds. We can't lose over $24,000 plus processing fees because someone didn't wait until Black Friday to order. I myself have never even thought to ask any company, let along a mom and pop shop to refund my order because I didn't buy during the yearly Black Friday deal. But to insult me over email when I calmly explain the reason for not refunding you 30 bucks only for you to take to social media to try and discredit the company because you wanted to be treated special, is unacceptable.

This will be my one and only response to this matter. If you want to outright cancel your order, feel free to email us.

To be clear I started with "They have a good Black Friday sale going, 15% off full time Amber DRL, for those who did not pre order." - so i was touting your product and sale, for those who have been on the fence - see the "Special"

And your product is a good product and worth the price. You can sell it without the "Come On's"

As president and owner of a Mom & Pop USA company as well I hear ya on working long hours. I wouldn't put them on sale or i would credit every customer who preordered and is waiting on them to get the sale price - just good business, on e or the other....

If you are going to use Social Media to Market and sell you also will need to learn to take negative feedback as well , bud.

On Principal I would never do business like that, I am big on principal and would tell ya the same thing via email, social Media or in Person,.

Like i said, good product, I simply wont be buying anymore on principal - to each their own. I apologize if I hurt your feelings, But that's part of life.

Never saw any issues with my pre-order being full price. Waited 8 months for the full time amber DRL's, then broke down and ended up getting the original ones in July. Then just a few months after that the full time ones became available. I never once did i think I should get a refund for my original purchase. It was my own fault for not holding out. Same with the pre-order for this instance. If I wanted a better deal, I should have waited to see if any black Friday deals would come out. We wouldn't go to Amazon to requests black Friday deals on merchandise we purchased 30 or 60 days ago would we? Maybe I'm crazy, but I really don't see what the fuss is about. @That GM guy, keep up the awesome work, awesome product, and fantastic customer support.

As I said before excellent product and service.

I personally may not agree with some practices, but I give credit where credit is due.

Great product, good install video and can now have the old school full amber look.

Side note - if you already have boost auto fender markers installed, you can just disregard the fender marker harness and that portion of install, and all will function properly

An added bonus, when driving in really bad fog you can turn off the DRLs with the switch. You will have much improved visibility, as the DRL is not reflecting in the fog.
