I put my auto stop eliminator in with one arm in a sling. You can do this. Scariest part for me was popping the info screen out. Hardest part was disconnecting the plug on the backside. The panels pop right off.

why you would risk so much damage and potential issues to do this method rather than just plugging something into the ODB port is beyond me.
