Tire questions

Nitto Recon Grappler is a good compromise between aggressive tread/sidewall and noise

Assuming you have an AT4 you should be able to go a good bit taller. I’d bet 285/65r20 would fit which is a 34.5” tire. If you are worried about it, the KO2s run a little small so if any tire that size will fit it’s them

I understand and had similar concerns. The last half mile of road to my brother’s house is gravel, so we load up for about two miles before returning to asphalt, so the next mile or so is rocks pinging off the side of the truck. He eventually applied Line-X to the rocker panels.

i have a lil over a mile each way on my driveway and these tires are plinking them off the lower back bumper corners. In just a few months I’ve got a lot of chips. Bums me out

Wanting new tires. Have the Goodyear 265 60R20 M/T. Not a fan of them. I’m thinking about going the A/T route. I have a decent amount of gravel and mostly pavement but want to keep aggressive look without the road noise and rock throwing. Anyone have any good suggestions? Also wondering if I could go with anything a taller without any modifications? Thanks in advance
I have the Toyo Open Country Trail RT (275/65/r20) on mine and love them. They are miles better than the Goodyears.

I have Toyo A/T 3 (35/12.50/22) on my truck and do lots of highway driving. Road noise is a minimum, and they hold up nice.

Cooper Discoverer AT3 275/65R20. I run them on my wife's Yukon AT4 and so far they've been great. Ran Nitto Recon Grapplers in the same size on my '21 1500 AT4 and they were okay but I felt like they were maybe a bit floaty on the highway for a while. And either they stayed that way or I just got used to them, but even as a Nitto fan, I didn't like them as much as I do the Cooper's on the Yukon. I'll likely go that route come time to replace the OEM Badyear's.
