I placed my order May 22nd, dealer got a TPW around second week of June for 7-31. He checked today and said everything still looks good for 7-31. We’ll see. I got an email today saying, “We’re still working on your GMC”, so I don’t know if it is in production or waiting to go to production. When I check GM chat, they just tell me the order has been accepted.

What type of truck did you order and do you mind me asking your order number? Mine is CSGMP3, was wondering if I can tell if my order is close to yours lol I ended up putting a deposit down on a similar build that I did and it’ll be delivered next week. I ordered a 2500 duramax at4 with the premium plus package

I placed my order end of may and it was accepted 2nd week of June. ordered 24 at4 Duramax. Now I’m stuck at 3300 with no TPW, been at 3300 for a little over 2 weeks. Do you know where you’re at on your build.

Go on gmc.com and on the bottom right click the chat window. If you do it on your phone it’ll message them like a text. Say track order and put in your order number. The dealer can give you what event code you are at the chat will not.

As soon as your dealer places the order it generates an order number. Definitely ask your dealer for that info.
