FWIW, I’ve been looking at both AT4 and AT4X. Built a spreadsheet to help me keep track of ones I’m interested in. MSRP minus rebates/discounts each dealer shows has put “deals” around 80-82% of MSRP with AT4’s being slightly better percentage wise.

Some examples:

AT4 = $76k sticker x 0.80 = $61k-ish
AT4X = $85k sticker x 0.82 = $70k-ish

For clarity these are 1500’s. Discount structure is different for 2500’s. Also not every dealer is following that percentage. The 80-82% are the dealers with lower prices listed. Which brings up a different point that additional discount may be available if you’re a strong negotiator. Also I check for rebates/cash offers they give to ensure everyone qualifies but you always need to verify.

And lastly watch out for doc fees. I’ve seen $0 to $1,200. These are total BS IMO. Whatever doc fee amount a dealer has is the value of extras I ask for rather that’s tinted windows, accessories, oil changes, etc. And even then it sours the deal for me. I personally don’t even bother with dealers that have doc fees > $300. There’s usually not enough accessories, etc for me to negotiate in above that amount.

No kidding! I'm going to go look at a '26 Equinox RS AWD fully loaded that was used by dealership to take people to work/home after they dropped off their vehicles for service. It has about 600 miles on it and I've already been quoted $28,976. Car will be sold as new and have full warranty. I wan't looking to buy my daughter a new car until closer to her high school graduation and birthday in May of next year. But if the car looks good, it'll be too good to pass up!

Here’s my AT4X 3.0L. Finalized the deal on 12/15. Picked up on 12/20. Took on a road trip 12/26 and just got back home yesterday 1/1 with about 1,300 miles on her.
