Small Complaint -- Shift Lever

Anyone else notice the shift lever is smack dab right in the way of pretty much everything left of the display screen? It blocks my volume/mute knob, and gets in the way as I access the menu on the left. Is there a better way to mute radio?

I learnt to live with it and actually don’t even think about it
