I'm not being a smart ass by any means, but the U.S. Constitution says you have the right to bear arms. Mine never will, but if my state were to tell me what I can have and not have, I would move. We aren't the problem, the criminals are!

I agree, firearms are indeed tools, I didn't let society determine how I arm myself, that was done many years ago by the anti-gun nuts. I think everyone should be required to own a firearm. I only wish that I lived in a state that allowed that type of firepower, NYS is Democratic, and all democrats are anti-gun. You are privileged to be able to own those types of firearms. We had to put up with Hillery for years. I would have moved from this shit state long ago, but I have many relatives here.
I know what firepower is because I served in Vietnam earning 2 purple hearts and used all different types of weapons.
BTW, a police officer was in that store with only his service gun, he shot at the assailant, but he was wearing body armor and preceded to kill that officer.

I appreciate that comment. Especially the 2 PH's. 3 combat tours myself, but was never wounded luckily and thankfully. It's a shame that officer was unable to defeat the assailant, that's damn shame. Certainly distracted the shooter long enough to move his attention away from more innocent civilians...at least until he lost the fight. That officer went out a hero.

I can't find much fault with your comment other than the word "privileged." It's not a privilege to own firearms. It's a right. The fact that the GOV'T restricts that RIGHT is one of the fundamental issues wrong today. I don't care what state you live in. Your right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. I sincerely hope you uproot the family and move to somewhere where freedom is legal.

You're already a hero that has given more than most...just make sure that if criminal or any similar idiots try to take you or your loved ones out (or do them harm) when you're not ready...you take the pieces of shit with you on the way to Valhalla. Til Valhalla brother.

in doing some forum searching I found this thread - has anyone done any magazine well mounts under the back seat?

If so, what did you do, whose mount did you use? or did you make the mount yourself?

Looking for ideas for mounting under the seat, attached to the seat bottom that would be easy in and out for a rifle or two.
