that wasn’t directed for you, or that wasn’t the intention.
that was meant for the dill hole gemarsh
I think there are some that don't understand that there are 2 systems at play here.
1. The auto setting at which you leave the truck set at when you shut the truck off. You restart or remote start, the hvac will run at what you left it. Every vehicle has done this, since hvac has been installed. Now gm gives you a way to maintain this at remote start. It's what Google showed you, sorry if your easy way still needed this explained to you.
2a. The non auto setting. You shut the complete hvac system down, at vehicle shut down. No fan, no heat, no cool. You start the truck with the key, that's what you get...no fan, no heat, no cool.
2b. You remote start the vehicle, you will get what the engineer thinks you should have. The only thing you can control is the maximum speed at which the fan will blow. It's what the printed material showed you, sorry if you needed this explained to you.
The OP was asking about 2b, not 1. You need to follow along before this pissing match becomes 4 pages long, cause I drink coffee in the morning and whiskey after lunch. I can out piss the best of them.
