You are correct, I have had a 22.5 refresh 6.2L for 2 years now and just called Edge (2 Days ago) again to ask about the Pulsar LT. They said they are still working on getting it to integrate into the truck's software but have not figured it out yet. No timeline was given. Hope they figure it out soon.To my knowledge, the Pulsar LT doesn't work with 2022.5 and up refreshed trucks.

Did you ever figure out or get this issue resolved? I ordered the same part for my 2021 Silverado LTZ with the 5.3L and have the EXACT same problem. The pictures you showed are identical to my situation, the ribs are too wide. Very odd.I called Edge, gave them the year make and model of my truck. Gave him the part number I received. He did some digging and asked for the pulsars serial number, came back as compatibles. Then checked the pulsars harness serial number. Said it matched up. Even gave him the vin number..it checks out too. Gonna return it, get a replacement, if that doesn’t fit, I’ll shave down the ribs like someone mentioned and make it fit..
