I do not know what "re issiue" means for sure.

I can't compare vins, not saying your wrong, but I can't see the vin on the photo of the Maroney sticker. If they match, I don't know what to tell you.

Does your paperwork list the msrp of the vehicle? If'n so, which amount?

They are the same except for the steps and the price of the steps. Guess it comes down to what they were using for the msrp on your dealings.

If they were using the reissued stickers msrp, I wouldn't be concerned. And just the opposite, if the other way around!
 

On your purchase agreement which msrp is listed? If it’s the higher $ then they owe you.
Pretty sure that’s what gemarsh is getting at.

How can it be legal to reissue a "new" window sticker and change what's on it from the original. Maybe it's time to talk to a lawyer.

So interesting thing happened the other day. I was looking at the at4 high steps to order. But thought I should check my sticker for my truck to check my sticker that was on the truck. Well guess what I paid for the at4 premium package which states that the at4 high steps are included. Called the dealer and they said they showed a different sticker and asked for me to send a picture of the sticker that I had. He stated he never has seen that before. So he is contacting GM to see who messed up. He said he would come to some resolution. I’m looking for everyone’s input on what should I do if they don’t offer me the steps for free?
So I have a 20 3.0, when I looked at mine it called for steps and didn’t have them, but the other 3 did . So i asked ( under 25) salesman it should come with them , he said let me go ask. Comes back n says yea for $1200. What what it’s on sticker. Left p/o . Called manger next day he said come back that it wasn’t installed when they ship on trailer , half these people don’t even know what they sell or very informative. I would check with an another dealer and see what their sticker says . Also they took out rubber mats out another truck,cause it’s on sticker . Good luck
 

So thanks to gemarsh I looked it up and this is what it’s showing. So now I see the confusion that they are seeing. But idk which one is correct? I’ll attach both pictures for y’all to try to decipher and tell me.

Yes they are the same. According to them. I haven’t seen the other sticker. They are suppose to call me today. It’s been a week.

Sounds like they trying to do some sketchy shit and making you wait!
 

Well update for everyone. Called them yesterday and they stated that they haven’t received the sticker as of yesterday. The GM stated that she would be in contact with me when the sticker arrived. I also asked her about my leaf spring that is making the popping noise. I have been there for the issue and they said it was not normal but said there was no fix. Well I took advantage of texting her and told her that we have to get that spring replaced. I paid too much for the truck for a leaf spring to be making noise. She said the service manager would be in touch. I will keep everyone updated on both issue. Hopefully they will fix both issue I have.

According to them the vin is on both stickers. I looked up the sticker per an awesome user on here sent the link. And they both have the same vin number. But showing different equipment.
 

Wondering why it’s taking them so long on their end. If they were a good dealership and have good management they would just put the steps on and call it a day. Instead of this running around and say they are going to call you back yadda yadda.
