Pistol Mount Adhesive

Hello,
I recently purchased a mount for EDC. I should be able to upholster pistol and clip into this mount. Pictures below. I tried the double sided Velcro it came with. Didn’t last a few hours with the pistol mounted. I also tried a double sided adhesive from Scotch. Same result. Any ideas of what would be the best option for sticking to the “hard plastic” yet maybe leaves minimal residue when removed?

Thanks

Your’re “comfortable” with the muzzel of your weapon, covering your foot and or, possibly your leg?

Muzzle discipline: keeping the firearm pointed in a safe direction.

  • Never Point Muzzle at Anything Not Intended for Destruction: The muzzle should never be aimed at yourself, others, or anything you do not intend to shoot.
  • Safety "Sweep" Prevention: This involves ensuring the muzzle does not "sweep" (cross) over body parts, such as when holstering or drawing.
  • Collateral Damage Prevention: When working with others, be aware of your partner’s / passenger’s position to avoid "sweeping" them.
  • Trigger Finger Discipline: Keep your finger off the trigger and straight along the frame until you are on target and ready to shoot.
  • Target Identification: Know your target and what is behind it.

A sugestion to all CCW’s / EDC’s… also include a CAT tourniquet whenever you carry.

It’s fool hardy to believe in real life, rounds will ONLY be flying down range. Odds are; a few if not more, will have your “name” on them. Being trained and prepared can be the difference between surviving and succumbing to a GSW.

I can first hand attest; Dark Angel Medical provides both the training and tools to be successful during these stressful situations.

I’m NOT telling anyone what to do, ONLY suggesting from experiencence.

All the best to you.

I just received my "We The People" mount and Tybek holster. I have mounted them and think this will be a great addon! Since this will be a permanent mount, I drilled the holes and used countersunk bolts with washer and nuts on the backside. I dint think the included screws would hold for an indefinite amount of time.
