Oil Catch Can

Thought I would bring this back to the top. I purchased a JLT 3.0 as soon as I got the rig but it's still sitting in the box. Any updates, I purchased it and then started having second thought about warranty issues.
Regarding the warranty question - my thought was that if I ever have issues I'll simply remove the catch can before taking it in. It's a quite simple process that after doing the first time could be done in 10 minutes. I actually leave the tools and stock part in my truck in case I need to do this away from home. Honestly the hardest part of install is reaching the components.

I just installed this morning and took my time maybe 10 minutes, probably could have done it in 5, on my 6.2L that came with the upgraded air intake there was nothing to remove and both fittings were right up front, super easy.

This may be reason enough to buy the upgraded intake for my 5.3. Honestly removing the intake was the hardest part.

Been going back and forth between J&L and ADD W1. I'm leaning towards the J&L. Anyone want to talk me out of this before I pull the trigger?

Not gonna try and talk you out of it. I have the J&L and I really like it. I empty it about once a month and have had zero issues. I don't like the thought of all that getting dumped back into the engine. Good luck hope it all works out for you.
