No blinker sound, mute and home buttons not working, and navigation sometimes not loading.

The issue I get with my 24 2500hd is when I start it up, the radio comes on, then goes out. It won't come back on until I change the station, and then go back to the original station. It does this every other update. Before this last update, fine. This update, no sound. And come to think of it, I think I get intermittent blinker sounds too.

Well, the no blinker sound thing happened again. Fixed itself when I shutdown and went in the store.

AND, the screen going blank for a few seconds, coming back on the menu, and navigation not wanting to load happened again. About 10 minutes later navigation is back.

So basically updates the dealer did did not solve the problems. I'm getting notice of another update, so back to the dealer.

Not Good! I’m having same problem and dealers telling me no update yet! Getting pretty pissed off!

Try resetting the vehicle either from the DIC or better still, disconnect battery/batteries for at least 1/2 hr or more then reconnecting. You'll have to reset windows.

I find software updates are best done at home with a strong battery tender connected to battery, and a strong wifi-signal. No issues with updates since using this method. Once a botched software update killed both batteries in my truck which GMC replaced under warranty.
