Black badges made a huge difference and couldn’t get the 35s to fit w/o trimming, so went with 34s (295/60r20). Happy with the new look!

I looked up the black/red badges on GMC's site. I have a 2022 AT4X and it says they don't fit. In looking at the badges I can't seem to figure out why they wouldn't fit. In fact, when looking at the pictures only, the grill insert in the package they say doesn't fit the 2022 actually looks like it wouldn't fit the 2023 grille. Any thoughts?

Also, who did you work with at Steele? I've bought to vehicles there.

The front emblem is the factory badges that I painted the chrome portion black and left the Red.

I work with Toby Turner at Steele.
He’s been my guy for 4 vehicles now and he honestly is the best salesperson I’ve ever worked with. Highly recommend him if anyone looking!

Sounds good. I'm going to order the Black AT4X and Sierra package and see what's what. I would highly doubt GM changed the size of the badges from 2022 to 2023. Just weird that it says it's not compatible.

Nice. I worked with Martin McCoy. He was great also. Steele (fka Nyle Maxwell) seems to be a great place overall. I liked everyone I dealt with from Martin to the finance group, etc.

The black and chrome ones should fit no problem
It’s just the illuminated one as it needs the grill cutout for the wiring harness for the 2023 with AEV bumper is different is all. Good luck!

I took off all of my emblems/badges. I ordered custom black and red emblems. Last of the ones I ordered came in late Friday, I haven't gotten a chance to put any of the new ones on yet, as I drove 14 hours yesterday on a 1000 mile trip from MT to NE and haven't had a chance yet to install all the new ones.

I agree that these trucks should have blacked out badges. Or in my case, blacked out with red accents is what I went with. Had to do a good amount of searching online to find the emblems I wanted. Think I spent $175 for all the emblems - the two side AT4X on the front doors, the rear lower right tailgate AT4X emblem, rear lower left tailgate "SIERRA" emblem, and middle upper tailgate "GMC" emblem. All in black with some red. I plan on taking off the front grille emblem and plasti-dipping (rubberized paint basically) the outside of that emblem in black, keeping the red main color of the GMC, just blacking out the chrome around the outside of that emblem.

Once I get them installed I will post some pics here on this site of how they look.

Where did you order your emblems from? I see a lot of sites, but some look rather shady.

Ofx2fg is the place a lot of people here get their custom emblems. I got my 3 emblems from them.

I got another one on Ebay, and also one on Amazon.

I have yet to have a chance to install any of the new emblems yet. It has been too cold, plus I have been working non-stop (not a day off including weekends) for 3 and a half weeks now. I will wait until the temps are more conducive to intalling these properly, plus when I actually have the time. Been pushing hard to finish up a new house for a sale.

I will post pics when I do get all my emblems installed. I am not liking the naked look of the truck with no emblems, but right now there are larger priorities!
