Hi All. I am new to GMC, being a Ford guy for the last few years. I just bought a 2026 Sierra 1500 AT4 and on Saturday I had my first issue.
I was about to go through the car wash and I stopped to pay. When I tried to move again, the truck would shift itself into P. Every time I tried to put it in D, it shifted to P. I got through the car wash by putting it into 4WD. When I got through, I parked up and I got an alert on the dash to say "Service Shifter" and an email from myGMC to say an emissions issue had occurred and error P07BE. The MIL was on. After a short while I was aboe to move it to D and drove home, the MIL was on all the way home (about 3 miles). Checked it again Sat evening and it was still the same. This morning, started it to take it to the dealer and the error had gone!!!!! Anyone seen this on the 2026? It has 2020miles on the clock.
I should add, it is the 3.0 Duramax.
