Mud flap delete kit

Hey all. I have a 2022.5 AT4 sitting on a 4 inch zone lift (6 inches total lift) running 22x12 GT tomahawks on 35x12.50 nittos. I rub really bad on the piece that replaces the stock mud flap. With it off I don’t rub but the piece is only like few milimetres thick. Any suggestions?

Heat! Use a torch and heat the plastic and push it in. The mud flaps are hallow inside. Heat them up then push the plastic in if you only need minimal clearance
