Looking at non AT tires. Recommendations?

I have been running Bridgestone Dueler AT Revo 3 and love them. Quiet and handles some backcountry mining trails and snow without issue.

I currently have Firestone Destination X/T's. They are quiet and ride fantastically. I like them so much I am ordering a set for my Titan.
They also are rated very good for ice and snow yet still have a Load E rating for towing.

3 snow peak rating for deep snow traction was a must for me, limiting my choices for tire size 305/70/R18; absolutely delighted and totally satisfied with my decision of going with Mickey Thomson Baja Boss. They offer great traction in dry, rain, snow and dusty rough trails, especially while driving across the border to Canada, on the Sea to Sky Highway from Vancouver BC to Permberton BC. It can often snow several feet in a matter of hours.

UPDATE: I did a ton of research on different tires (both AT and non AT) and settled on the KO3s. Non AT tires look funny on these trucks and I have always been a fan of the KOs looks. Anyways, they are much much quieter than the Nitto RGs and offer a smoother more comfortable ride. They look great and I am super happy with them so far.

Now I am looking to lift up the front end just a little bit, not much, just a little. The fun never stops…….

Nice. If you have pics with the new tires, post em.

I also see you are in Nebraska. I grew up in NE Nebraska. Been living in MT for 22 years now though.

I have been in the all terrain tire world for a while now and I am not sure if I’m getting older or what, but I’m tired of the road noise. Currently have the Nitto Ridge Grapplers (great tire but loud as hell) but have been thinking of a more street tire for both comfort and quietness. I would still oversize them but can’t find any pics on how that would look on these trucks. Any suggestions on a non all terrain tire would be appreciated.
I
also didn't like the noise and how much stuff was flung on my truck from the AT tires. I went with the Michelin LTX as well.

The Michelin are a good suggestion. I know you're wanting away from the AT, but I ran a set of the Michelin LTX AT2 (they're on the mild side of an AT tire) for about 30K miles and they had zero, I mean zero noise, and rode great, too. I had another 20K miles left on the tread, but wanted to try a set of the Toyo AT3. They're also quiet and smooth but with a hint of tire noise on really good asphalt. The Michelin MS Platinum is also a great choice.
I don't know if you have a 1500 or 2500, but for a 1500, if you can stay away from a 10 ply tire, you're going to see a much better ride quality, better tire wear, and less noise. 10 ply is overkill for a 1/2 ton, even towing. 275/60R20 is close to the stock size, but with a little more height to fill the fender well. Rotate every 5K miles, and you're good to go.

I have been a BFG KO AT guy for decades but as I get older and don’t do as much hard-core wheeling, I wanted more of a road tire vs. off road so went for the newer Cooper Discoverer Road + Trail and really like them. Technically an AT tire but made more for the pavement. The Coopers handle great on the highway and aren’t very loud. The day after I put them on, I went out on some trails in Flagstaff, AZ and they performed great on some rutted out and rocky trails. Huge difference over the Goodyear TrailRunner AT’s that came on the Yukon’s. Mine only lasted 25,000 miles  and the Coopers have a 65,000-mile warranty so time will tell. I have 700 hundred miles on them (50 off road, 150 highway & 500 city) so far and I’m really impressed. They are 3 peaks rated with an aggressive look but drive great on the pavement. I live mostly in Phoenix and my drive down to the desert was smooth and responsive for an AT tire. I’m excited to drive back up when it snows to see how they do. But, so far, they are exactly what I was looking for! Better on the street than AT's and still perform well off road on this Yukon XL AT4. I hope that helps...

I love the KO2 but they are loud and not really great for hwy travel. I would own them but i do most of my driving on asphalt. Imo hands down Michelin Defender LTX M/S. Best of both worlds. Smooth on asphalt and can handle off road when needed. I live in rural MT if this helps. We have lots of both dirt roads and asphalt. You wont be disappointed. Imo.

General Grabber HTS All Season Light Truck Tire Raised white letter. I use these for spring and summer driving. Nice ride and not noisy.

I too am wanting to move away from the aggressive AT/MT tire (currently have the factory duratrec’s). I put an order in for the new Nitto Terra Grappler G3’s that should be shipping next month. Aggressive side wall look but much more tame tread pattern. Hoping they’ll be quieter and a better ride than the GY’s. Went with a non-LT tire as well since I don’t tow often and the lighter tire weight will help with acceleration, braking, and full economy.
