Looks good man!
This is a dumb question I’m sure but I’m guessing you had to pull the console down and the headliner? And this does record? Throw a brick at me if it’s a stupid questionVanTop H612T
Uses its camera and does not tie into truck’s existing camera setup. Not sure if you can configure a system that will use the existing OEM cameras to record as a dash cam. ???
Not a dumb question at all! No I did not remove the overhead console or headliner. I just routed the cables between windshield and headliner. Tucked in easily in headliner. Then ran cables down the pillars. I did remove pillars to do this but that was as simple as it gets. Then took cable for rear camera and ran through the drain hole in drivers floorboard and underneath the truck to the rear. It was really a simple install that could easily be removed for any reason. I have a thread on here that describes the install. Worst part of install was the trucks spray on undercoating on the carriage. That stuff is like molasses! This is a dumb question I’m sure but I’m guessing you had to pull the console down and the headliner? And this does record? Instead of saying “console” I should’ve said headliner! I’ll edit the postNot a dumb question at all! No I did not remove the overhead console or headliner. I have the exact same truck and was thinking about going with the ranch hand midnight replacement bumper. What's your thoughts on that bumper? Trying to find pic of one but no luck. ThanksInstalled the Rachhand Grill Guard this morning View attachment 271
Please do it! Here are some pictures I have saved of the Midnight:I have the exact same truck and was thinking about going with the ranch hand midnight replacement bumper. What's your thoughts on that bumper? Trying to find pic of one but no luck. Thanks
But it sure would be sweet!I really like this full replacement and it looks awesome other than how wide it sticks out around the lights- still searching for one that doesn’t stick out so far! I think this width problem could be resolved ( looks wise ) with spending $8000 on a high quality lift, tires, extended flares , wheels and 35x13.50 tires
that’s a lot to spend to make it match the truck on the front but Not out of the question JMHO
Heck yeah! I meant widebody with the RH MidnightI like the wide body route but I wouldn’t want them painted! I’d go for the Carbon fiber in Matte Carbon fiber!
That little piece of 2” pipe bumper totally takes away from the looks of the truck and Scares the HeCk out of me! I don’t think insurance would cover a front end collision with it!
Thanks so much RCD! It looks awesome! Please do it! Here are some pictures I have saved of the Midnight:
