Yes - on the X. Sound deadening all the doors (interior cavity, door skin and door panel) (sound skins and sounds good stereo), floor and back wall to start. Replacing tweeters, mids in dash, and adding coaxial to rear doors with BLAM (French company). Installing amp panel behind seats. Has a few vibrations in doors.
I believe you're talking about the Active Exhaust that comes standard on all the 6.2L powered trucks. Funny that it comes "standard" but they charge you like $350 for it. I have it on mine and it's definitely well worth the additional cost. It opens up a valve on the 2nd output of the muffler when you select "Sport"mode. Sounds good without being too overbearing and no drone in the cabin. And if/when you get tired of it, or if the wife is riding shotgun and complains......put it in "Normal" drive mode and shut her up!
In the 24 AT4X 1500 I drove the active exhaust was a line item option. $350 sound about right.
Yeah that's about right. Just funny that they charge for it when it comes standard on all 6.2L equipped trucks. Don't believe you can buy one without the active exhaust feature. I would've bought it anyway but still kinda odd. Almost like one dealer I tried to do a deal with that wanted to charge me an additional $1900 for tint and the factory wheels & tires that come standard on the AT4X. Shady AF
