I traded in my '21 Z71 Tahoe for this Dynamic Blue Metallic AT4X with a Duramax. So far, I'm really happy with the purchase! Looking forward to learning more about it from this group!

Those wheels come on the 24 AT4’s too. They aren’t the AEV wheels. You might be able to find some fairly easily.

I drove one the day it got to my dealer. The online configurator had me fooled with the wheel color. On line they looked much brighter than they really are. Very nice. It would have been my choice but I went with 2500 and skipped the X. That was a hard decision but I have accepted it. Hope you have the exhaust option.

I decided to get an HD AT4. I really liked the bumpers on the X also. I plan to get mine wrapped in black when the truck gets in.
I'm enjoying it so far. On rough roads where my Tahoe's suspension would just crash, this just glides over it.
The dealer just got it and had parked it out front on the main road. I passed, did a double take and turned around and bought it.
what is the "exhaust option"? For Duramax?
The only option other than the paint this thing has is a "high clearance step". I'm not sure I like it. Looks great...but I'm getting older and less limber...

There is a relatively cheap option for dual mode exhaust so it is louder when you want and quieter when you want. The one I test drove had it.
Hey Bub - I have the 24' AT4X......Duramax is loud inside the cabin....less about Diesel chatter - and more about air intake/turbo noise (sounds like gasping at initial acceleration below 30mph but no apparent power issues) - almost as if it has an intake leak or not insulated properly. Much louder than test drive vehicles. No codes, dealer says normal, cannot see anything on visual inspection, but have read several articles on locating hidden leaks (intake, exhaust, etc.). How does yours compare to your SUV you had with Duramax? Consider your AT4X quiet, typical diesel, louder? Thanks for any info.
My Tahoe was a 5.3 and was super quiet as you would expect. This duramax is certainly louder and has a lot of intake noise. I kinda like it and it isn't intrusive IMO. I drive minimum 100 miles a day and with the nice sound system, I don't notice it at all. This is my first diesel (well I had a 1980 VW rabbit diesel pickup back in the day), although a lot of buddies have bigger 3/4 ton rigs and I think my 3.0 is quieter. I have no other 3.0's to compare to unfortunately.
With sound system on - I don’t hear anything - and agreed on a lot of intake noise without volume up - super quiet at highway speeds.
I’m doing some audio system sound deadening ahead of upgrading speakers and amp (for 12 speaker Bose - thing sounda anemic)….that should help with some of it.
Keep us updated on the speakers and amp upgrade. This is on the X system?
