Is a 2024 2500 AT4 really $9k less than a 2023 1500 AT4X?

Like everything else I think garages are just bigger now. My brother built next to me in 2019, didn’t specify anything special to his builder, and his garage is much deeper then mine.

I think that is area specific. I see tons of new construction every week in NE FL. Yes, I am on site, just not street view. Garages are pretty small here.
