I would like to hear from people who have moved from the 6.2 to the HD with 6.6 gas and 10 speed transmission.

The main reason I went with the 6.6 gas over the 6.6 diesel was the lack of competent diesel mechanics...the modern Diesel engine is extremely complicated and the infrastructure to maintain them has seriously degraded over the years and I see no end in sight. I need a truck that will never be in the shop and you cannot say that with a diesel.

Look underneath a 1500 and a 2500. You will have no doubts about what HD means after that. The 2500 is made for payload and towing.
