I just ordered mine for my 25 HD AT4 after reading this post and reviews it sounds awesome …this is my first diesel so learning still..would a cold air intake from AFM be worth installing ? I did order it haven’t installed yet just jumped the gun without doing research should I just install it and see if it helps? As I understand they come with a cold air intake from GMC..any help much appreciated !

I run CAI's just to get more filter capacity.

I have no comments either way on the AFM. If it filters the air w/o any leaks, I can't see any harm.

I installed an intake on mine as I always do and this truck seemed to see no change imo. Is this just like a pedal monster to get rid of the lag from takeoff ?

I confirmed it is compatible with my 2024 2500 AT4X Duramax. Just ordered it and am pretty excited to see how it goes.

I just got mine in today and will install it tomorrow after work…I’ve heard great things about it , did you notice a significant difference ?
