Handgun mount

I cannot find a holster that clips there securely and I do not wanna drill holes. What kind did you use?
I got this one just for the truck
No need to drill holes just clip it.

It's very difficult (and slow) to draw a firearm from the seating position weather you carry it inside (IWB) the waistband or outside (OWB) the waistband. Assuming one would have to deploy the firearm quickly in a situation while inside the auto, carrying concealed on your body is not the best way to do it. Carrying it in one of the mounts shown is more practical, but then would you need to transfer the firearm to your holster when exiting the car because we NEVER leave our firearm in the car. I find that carrying my firearm at the appendix position is most comfortable while sitting and makes for a quick draw, if needed and then exiting the vehicle it can be adjusted so it doesn't print. I know in New York State, concealed means just that, out of sight from people.
Just keep in mind of the injuries that you could sustain from appendix carry in a seated position with your seatbelt (mainly the lap belt portion) in the event of a collision. Not something I personally care to experience first hand. The belt itself does enough damage. My pelvis and family jewels would appreciate that gun mount! Just something to think about. I appendix carry all day but when I’m driving, my firearm is secured in a holster inside that won’t allow it to become a projectile.

Definitely food for thought.

I ended up not keeping my 2 extra mags in their spots on the holster because the added weight caused a slight but noticeable sag away from the dash.

Other than that, it’s been flawless. Easy in, easy out.
