So I went and had my retrax cover with the t slots installed, and waited for the install. It took them an extra hour than was estimated so I was in a hurry to get out of there. They bring the truck around and they installed the wrong cover. 
You can’t make this stuff up. It happens to me all the time.

Welcome! You'll be fine going a little larger. I went with 35x12.5 and speedo is still accurate. These trucks come with 34.x" stock so not much difference. Enjoy!
Thank you so much. That’s what I was looking at doing. Either those, 295/65/20, or 35/11.50/20. Is yours leveled, lifted or stock? On stock wheels? Any Rubbing? Also any pictures?
You'll be fine with the 11.50s.
Mine is "lifted" with level kit/arms @ 2" and 2" block/bags out back, so not leveled really. KMC 20X9 +12MM wheels. Had a slight rub at middle front fender liner at full lock, but some slight pressure clearanced it.
