I'm curious about the same thing. Is there an option to simply replace the current reverse bulb with one more powerful? (Before I go down path of adding/wiring in lights). I have 1500 and so far the backup/reverse lights are my only real complaint.Does anyone have a solution to the dim reverse lights on my 2025 2500HD AT4?

Gotcha, and appreciate the reply. Figured that would be too easy. Odd that stock is so inadequate in the first place. I do like some of the ideas mentioned here. Helpful thread.LED, non replaceable.
ETA...well you could cut open the light fixture and possibly un-solder and replace the led bulb with something that might be available that would be brighter.
Additional lights and wiring would be easier.
Ya musta skipped over post #35!Have you checked the reverse-light bulbs themselves? Even new ones sometimes ship with weaker bulbs. Swapping to a brighter LED or higher-output halogen (if that’s allowed) can make a big difference. Also double-check the reverse-light housings and lenses for dust or moisture anything that clouds or blocks light output will dim what you actually see when backing up.
If those don’t help, it may also be worth checking the wiring and ground for the reverse-light circuit. A poor connection or weak ground under the rear bumper can reduce brightness without an obvious blown-bulb indicator.
