So I didn't want to go with an outright blackout of my GMC logo. I wouldn't mind it, but I thought it would be a nice different look if I could still have a tinge of red to it, especially on my color truck. So yesterday I taped and masked it off and hit it with 2 coats of VHT NightShades. Gave me exactly the look I was aiming for. Now I'm gonna hit the AT4 badges on the side and back. For the front....I'm not sure what I wanna do just yet. I may just do the GMC emblem OR I may jump into the deep end and do the entire grill. My only reservation about the entire grill is rock chips and such. Not sure how that VHT product holds up to that.
