AT4X AEV bumper with hooks

Your front hook width measurement shows 1.25" (see your pic above) whilst mine is 1.33" on my AEV, strange but true; specs on Amazon show the shackle mouth gap should be 1-1/3" however reviews state the gap is 1-1/4". I'm trying to locate a 3/4" shackle with a 1-1/3" mouth gap. Although I have a set of four 7/8" 6 ton shackles with 1" pins which are great for the rear however they don't fit the front due to my fog lamp mount protuding out, hence planning to order a smaller set for the front for emergency use although I have a set of soft shackles which should be more than adequate for emergency use up front.
Once you start using soft shackles, you'll retire the clevis's to your box of chains and cables.

Just grab yourself one of these and call it a day. Should be able to pull 15 trucks at the same time.

FYI check out these shackles: you never take them off, the pin is set and done. They are slick. If I was buying new shackles, I would consider those. Although soft is the safest way to go.

Let me google: HERE

They're from Moose Knuckle

It was annoying I couldn't use those in my 2500HD AT4X AEV, since I have a lights installed in openings next to the to hooks; still have a set of 6T shackles I can use on the rear and soft shackles for front or rear use; I was compelled to listen to other experienced members :)

Good to know.
Found these, pricey but they fit perfect.
