I have 285 65 18 Goodyear Duratracs and the noise is ridiculous. Getting way too expensive toyos MondayDNP: DO NOT PURCHASE Goodyear Duratrac Tires. I have these on my 22 AT4X and will be spending about $1300 to replace them(17K miles). They cup horribly and donot ride well...road noise is also unacceptable...becoming unbearable especially in colder climate. I have rotated every 4500-5000 k miles. It's not an alignment issue....this is the way they wear and have seen it on other trucks as well. Whatever you purchase....watch you closely for tire weight specs. Michelins, BFG's and some Goodyear tires are around the 55-57 lb range. I have seen Nittos and others as high as 65 lbs. Your will kill your fuel economy by 3-4 mpg's and off the line quickness will be recognized. I will be replacing mine with KO2 and or the new KO3. The GMC AT4X is an amazing truck with Best in Class power.....The Duratracs donot belong on this truck...IMO.
