In 1977 there was 11 cents worth of corn in your flakes. In 2012 (major drought nationwide) there was 21 cents. In 2023 there was 17 cents. I don't have the data for WWll, my guess would be 3 cents. Now adjust for today's inflation that would be 51 cents.
