I think you'll rub the upper ball joint.

I think you will rub on the ball joint as well. I did a lot of research on that when I put 37”x12.5 on my HD using the factory wheels. I have the AT4X (non AEV so not the Salta wheels) and I found they use different knuckles and arms than the AT4s. The x is flatter across the front which provides more tire side wall clearance. I had plenty of room but could see with out the outer edge of the upper ball joint area shaved off it would contact with 12.50’s and factory wheels backspace I believe.
