37 size tires

Ride is very similar to stock if not better with the extra rubber. Drove around this morning, turning in and out of sloped drives and no rubbing so far. Running 60 psi on all four currently, may drop down to 55 psi that is recommended inside door.
Have you checked to see if the speedo is off? Just wondering if it will need to be recalibrated?

I have 37x12.5R20s on my 2021 AT4 HD with just a leveling kit (y)
What size leveling kit ? I only have the keys on mine. I was looking at others and I see they have the upper A arm charged out also. I have a 2 in leveling on mine and hate to get the 37 and they rub.

I have my factory keys cranked up to level with the rear and Bilstein 5100 shocks. I have a faint rub at full lock when the truck is articulating, but that’s about it. I trimmed my factory mud flaps and pulled my fender liners back too. Potentially not required but I have 1.5” spacers on as well.

It would have to do a lot with what offset the wheels you would be running. If stock on 2500 at4 might rub hard to tell without test fitting. Trying to figure out if I should buy the AEV salta wheels either with 35s or 37s. Also I want to do a 3 inch cognito level.

Did going 37s effect mpg a lot?

If those Salta wheels are close to the factory offset, you'd be fine with 37s. If not, get out the cutting wheel, it is not a huge deal. Jsstalli.5118 has 37s on his Salta wheels, but it looks like he has an AT4X HD.

Regarding MPG, that's hard to say. I've run too many setups over the years, and now the truck is tuned, so the mileage with the 37s is a crapshoot. I can tell you my Fuelly app says my lifetime average is 12.5 MPG (including quite a bit of towing). I can still see 17/18 MPG empty on the interstate if that helps.

I'm running factory wheels with 1.5" spacers. I saw that the factory wheels are a +44 offset, but I don't know if that's accurate.

I have a 24 AT4X HD AEV and am considering putting 37" BFG KO2s or KO3s (when available) the one thing that is holding me back is will a 37" fit under the truck for the spare as well?
