Let me preface this post by saying I absolutely love my truck! I can't get over how GM made such a capable truck drive like a Caddy, sip like a Prius, and have comfort and luxury features like a Mercedes! Overall, I find the tech (infotainment, cameras, safety features, customization of display, WiFi, etc.) impressive.
Therefore, it's easier to write what I don't love. Just curious if others feel the same way. I realize it's nit-picking but that's the point of this post:
- The steering wheel gets way too hot. Either lower the voltage going to the coils or offer one or two lower settings. I guess in the frigid tundra it might be welcome, but I live in PA. It ain't that damn cold
- I hate the location of the 4WD and lighting buttons. These are pretty important buttons and resent every time I have to bend my neck and move my knee to find these. Move them up or give them toggle switches. At least make them different shapes and/or sizes so you can tell the difference between the two without looking. Horrible design and easy for them to fix. Hell the HUD is front and center and I never use it. Swap spots.
- The capless fuel spout absolutey sucks for adding diesel fuel additives. I know they give you a little funnel but the spring tension is so strong on the flap that it wants to launch back at you like a rocket.
- Love how big and easy to find both temp knobs are for the HVAC. However, the fan speeds are tiny and recessed. It makes them hard to find while driving. The fan speed should have it's own big knob, just like the temp. knobs.
- We have (4) drivers in my house. It would be nice if they had at least a 3rd memory button for the seats. How much more would that have cost GM, $1.50?
- How easy it is to speed in this truck, especially on the highway, is scary. Without even trying, you can look down and be close to triple digits if you're not careful. That's how quiet, smooth, and effortless the power is!

Like your list, but I can nitpick some stuff:
0: Speed limiter is set low (drive safe but roadtrips )
1: Mirrors are about 3 inches too wide
2: Only a Sunroof option and not a Panoramic
3: Factory speakers are trash to me
4: Road noise, there is so much wind, I understand the tire noise but...
5: Auto start/stop (listed in comments)
6: Button location, like the tailgate and etc. (listed in comments)
7: Reverse/ Interior lighting sucks (listed in comments)
8: Seat fans are loud AF
9: Phone charging station is touchy and slow
10: Apple CarPlay is a partial screen and should be full, and remove Google crap
11: The steering wheel can be carbon or something else
12: Rear seat can have a TV/Media entertainment package
13: Kill switch, with the number of Trucks being stolen
14: Esclade door handles are better
15: PNDRL / gear shift should be somewhere else, the number of times I have shifted to L
16: Gas Mileage can be closer to the C8 Corvette since it has the same motor, and when in tow mode or L, it changes to the normal mileage.
