nevermind, I found the law for NH here. Looks like I have one more repair attempt to go.

3 repair attempts or 30 days in service. Not too bad. TEXAS is 4 attempts and 30 days. I would go through the BBB auto line. Very straight forward and gets GMC moving it along.

I'm right at 5,000 miles on my 1500 Duramax, and just noticed what seems like a transmission leak on mine. Calling the dealer tomorrow to get it in there. Crazy that these things cost more than ever and seem to have more problems than ever. Love the truck and hoping they get it sorted out quickly. Definitely need to buy an extended warranty now.

Welcome, congratulation. Sorry to hear about your leak. Hopefully that will be your only issue. Dealership should handle quickly. They should get you a loaner at no charge Hopefully.
