Only 7, 2 bulls 5 cows at this time, black and red angus. I just have 10 acres. Mainly for the Ag exemption.

I hear that! I'm on 6ac, minimum 5ac for Ag exemption here in Chester County PA. I "sell" firewood to neighbor and my brother to obtain mine. Now I can build my pole barn permit free! My wife wants chickens, so we'll continue to produce off the land. We want to eventually raise/breed Highland cattle.

Yeah I thought about chickens too but after watching the neighbor deal with chickens, seemed like more of a headache than I want to deal with, the coup, eggs- too many to keep up with if you have many from reproducing, gotta have a rooster for that though. Winters, summers etc. They'll eat all your bugs if you let them range free, and may lay eggs in places you'll find.
