2023 AT4 2500 lift or level?

Hey Brian...have you transitioned to the 4" lift from the levelling kit? I've heard the ride quality with the 4" is a dramatic (understatement) improvement over the 2-3" level. I'm considering going straight to the 4" lift for my newly acquired 3500 AT4.

My past experience with my duramax's is don't waste your time on a level kit ....no matter how good folks say they are.....you will be better off with a lift kit than level kit ....

I wouldn't say that's necessarily true. If you buy a cheap so-called kit and or just crank your keys up all the way then yeah you're going to have a bad ride because all you have to do is look at your suspension geometry and it's at a 45° angle with the control arm sitting on top of the bump bracket. You'll blow through ball joints and CV shafts every year.

Now when you spend money on a quality leveling kit like what I have from kryptonite, then it's not a problem and rides much better.
