2022 Refresh Order Experience

Hello guys. I ordered my Dynamic blue metallic AT4 duramax February 24th all packages. Still sitting at 1100 according to dealer. Gm chat says it has been ordered but not accepted by gm. Any ideas as to why. I first posted this in the limited section, realized and moved it.

Same here ordered about a week later. I think the all packages is the issue. Limited chips. If they can build two trucks with fewer packages using the same amount of chips then they profit more. I won't be surprised if they eventually say they won't accept my order as is and tell me to axe some of the electronics.

Maybe you ordered from a small dealership that doesn’t get a big allotment?? I live in Nashville and ordered thru St louis as they have the biggest dealership. I ordered mine about the same time and it should be at the dealer any day now. Sorr, it’s a weird system. I just learned about it myself.

Ya it is a small dealer trying to make a name for themselves. Got a great price. Maybe that's why $62037+ tax license and $78 doc fee

Decided to check delivery status with GMC chat yesterday, to see if they had an estimated shipping date yet for my truck that was built last week. GMC said it had already shipped and an estimated delivery date of 4/21. I called the dealership to check how long it would take them once received to have it ready for me to pick up. Dealer checked status again, and said truck is on a train in Nebraska and it would probably be ready for me to pick up about 4/22!

Just contacted GMC again. Still sitting at 3400... I'm getting nervous here. I want my truck to ship already!!!

Got 4B00 this morning and an ETA of 5/16. Truck was produced on 4/7.

Ordered from Laura also. Nobody around me would put in an order. I ordered the LM2, standard bed, no sunroof, all the packages and some options that Laura said they would put on later because adding them to the order makes it drag on and they can be dealer installed.

It think the biggest issue in my case is likely the longer bed. They just don't seem to build that many. Having all the packages but no sunroof is also probably an odd combo.

I also ordered long bed diesel no sunroof. Ordered Feb 24th and still hasn't been officially accepted

Once it leaves the factory the gmc chat has told me best to check with dealer from now on…. And they aren’t as organized or forthcoming of small details in my experience.

They didn’t even know the truck was built yet.. i told them it has and was shipped to you a week ago… he said ‘oh, really’… then asked annoyingly “where you hear all this?”
