Yes they most certainly do. Mine will be a cash and keep settlement since I purchased it used. If I would have purchased it new they could do a buy back. Other criteria needed is more then 3 visit for the same problem that has not been resolved or more the 30 days at the dealer.

That is good info to know, thank you. I was under the impression that the issue needed to arrive within the first year of initial sale in most states.

Please keep us updated if the cause of the symptom is eventually identified by the engineers. Will be a good data point.
