Alrighty I'll play.

2025 AT4 1500 with 1.5" leveling kit and RAS out back.
Wheels are Method 803's 20x9 with 0 offset
Tires are 295/65R20 Toyo RT Trail
Rubbing - YES EVERYWHERE lol
I've already trimmed what I can and I've minimized most of the rub. Articulation = not sure right now, but future I plan on going with a 2.5" BDS lift for a little bit more clearance and better angles.

Yup I notice your not running your mudflaps. I am in the same boat. I'm running the RC Mudflap Delete Kit and it definitely helped. I am also wanting to go up another inch or so, so I am also looking into adding the BDS 2.5 for a tad more height and way better angles.

Yeah I had to remove them the day I put the tires on. I was able to get the driver side on after I trimmed it down about 80 percent. Haha. I’m pretty fine as it does what it should. I want to do the 2.5” from BDS but looking for someone with it on to see what their actual height is from center wheel to fender. I feel like we are probably there already but they just have better CV angles. I wish that kit didn’t come with shocks, I definitely would have bought it. I just don’t want fox. Would like to go king or keep my 6112’s or Eibach coils lol

Nice!! Please keep us posted on the BDS, I am also thinking of going that route.

I was able to fix 99% of the rub by removing the bracket behind the factory mud flap. I followed this video.

Yes that bracket has to go! I went with the RC mudflap delete kit and it works pretty good and makes for a factory finish. There was a little cutting but nothing major...

Great pictures! Honestly that little bit of cutting is what scared me away from the RC kit. That and I actually don't mind the look of the factory mud guards.
It looks like the only tab you lose is the bottom one correct? So you could put everything back to stock if you wanted to you just wouldn't be able to use that bottom screw anymore?

thank you! . You are correct. The factory mud flaps can be put back on if needed. reinstall the bracket and mount it back in minus that one spot. Also noticed the fender liner a tad off there. Ill be looking at that today :ROFLMAO:
