Did they ever get this fixed? I just picked up my 3500 AT4 on the 27th. The lines were there for a couple days, and then disappeared.View attachment 6207
Truck was in to the dealer today. Figured it would be a quick scan and update however, 2.5 hours later and tech on phone with GM they couldn't complete the job. We had a snow storm and I guess the messy roads would not allow for calibration. Fortunately this is not a big deal for me so I am going to wait until the next service (first) and leave it in their hands.
I also had trouble getting my trailer's camera to calibrate which I have not yet accomplished. Could be associated to these issues? or because my rear mounted spare trailer tire was effecting the calibration which I believe I read on this forum. Have to wait a while for both issues. I hate winter.
I am about 30% oil life so likely in a couple of weeks I will book it in. Can you see the option of turning them on or off. Mine is greyed out like there is no option.Did they ever get this fixed? Not saying this is the issue but my wife's Traverse had the exact same issue. Bad camera.I am about 30% oil life so likely in a couple of weeks I will book it in. Can you see the option of turning them on or off. Mine is greyed out like there is no option.
I can't see anything. I think the greyed out one if for the trailer. But I could be wrong.I am about 30% oil life so likely in a couple of weeks I will book it in. Can you see the option of turning them on or off. Mine is greyed out like there is no option.
I just brought the truck in for the first service last week. I told them about the issue with the lines. When I picked the truck up they said that the lines were there without them doing anything. I was confused since I had tried everything to get them visible but wasn’t able to. So I asked them to show me where the setting was. So it seems the button that turns the lines on and off only shows up when the truck is in reverse. It is not visible in park or drive. See pictures below. Button is on the far lower right. I’m not sure how I missed this since I thought I had tried everything. But it is possible that I just missed the fact that the button only shows up in reverse.Hi There.
Did you ever get this resolved. I have a 2022 Refreshed Silverado and have had this issue a few times over the last 2 years, however a few weeks ago the lines went but never came back, they used to come back on their own after a restart or a day or so.
I took it to my dealer and they didn’t fix it.
2 minutes on google and you will see this is a common issue across multiple GM platforms, they disregarded that and went for the obvious easy way out ‘it’s because my truck is lifted’ .. and some other explanation to do with park assist…
However 95% of the time, over 2 years, it’s worked….
I would love to get this fixed somehow…
