Park assist lines

Have had my 2024 for a few weeks and for what ever reason I have no park assist lines when reversing. No a big deal so have not gone to the dealer to ask but I have been thru all the menu options that I can find to see if I can enable them. The option I see is for them is greyed. Any ideas?

what do you currently see? I'm assuming the hitch line, but I've been wrong too many times...

There is a toggle on the camera that you can click to cycle through the hitch line, parking lines, or no lines. Bet you clicked in on accident.

I have no lines and can't find the toggle other than the icon on the extreme right of the screen which is greyed out and unresponsive to touch.

Were you in reverse when you took this picture? If not, when you put it in reverse are there any other options that are un-greyed? Note that you may have to click arrows to the left or right to see more options.

Yes correct it was in reverse and did check for more options which was only the cargo bed camera view.

you seem to be missing some options.... to toggle park assist, hitch line, and off, is the option on the right in each pic.

I think I am from the looks of that. Maybe they were rushing to get the 2024 out and forgot something on the assembly table. I guess I will be mnaking a service appointment. Are the images you are displayed same on all refresh and up models?

sorry, those are from a 22 HD. Are those lines limited to the HD surround, pro trailer package, or both? No idea.

You do not have the option of hitch view. It's in the preferred package or maybe premium package, I forget.

Look at your RPO codes and see if PZ8 hitch guidance with hitch view is listed, before going to dealer.

Even without hitch view he should have the lines showing the wheel path, agree that you are missing some options and it will probably be as simple as a software update.

Hey someone on here posted this tip in another thread related to CarPlay issues. Maybe you try this before heading to the dealer? Who knows, it may also make your buttons come to life!

Any luck with this? My 2022.5 is doing the same thing, hourglass is in the top left hand corner of the screen.
