Update. I had my truck at the dealer today for the grille recall, and had them check the wiper sweep. They said that is pretty normal now and can only be stopped by selecting Off on the wipers. I have the rain sensing wipers, so no biggie. They said since it started doing that a few months ago, maybe part of a software update. So, the wipers will stay in the Off, unless I want to change the setting while driving.
