Will It fit in the Garage? Need real life dimensions!

My new '25 1500 AT4 with 275/60/R20 OEMs fits 7ft Height garage door (81.5 inch) opening with about 2 inch to spare. OEM whip style radio antenna did rub door so replaced that with aftermarket stubby.

So just to clarify, you had about 2" clearance over the fin antenna on the roof? And you used something like this:

I have the 3.0 Duramax and short bed. Confirmed mine is just barely over 78" at the top of fin antenna. Used 3ft level and measuring tape. Not that exact antenna but yes, one like it.

I have the 3.0 Duramax and short bed. Not that exact antenna but yes, one like it.

Just went to the local dealer and they have one pre-owned 2023 AT4 with the diesel, standard tires and short box and got these dimensions:

Width with mirrors extended- 98"
Width with mirrors folded- 85"
Height to top of fin antenna- 78-79" (hard to get exact)

So, my 104x81.5" opening should work.

Thanks for checking with the level! I was guessing 78" by eyeball and said 78-79" because I knew that was by eyeball. But I'm cool with having 3" clearance. Just can't come in HOT.

No problem. Height was a big factor in choosing a truck. Had the truck for a few days now and I still take it real slow coming in garage due to having down hill driveway, but thankfully levels out right before door.
