What is this thing?

I pulled down my headliner on the drivers side to install an Upper High Vis Brake Light flasher. Easy installl, found harness and tail light lead. In the process, I saw this connector just hanging there. Any ideas as to what it is? Something to do with my airbag?

Looks like the camera feed plug for one of the 2 cameras in the third brake light. If you don't have them then the plug would be empty.
