Upper grille piece flew off on highway

Anyone have this issue on a 2023? I see the recall for 2022, but dealership won't fix since my VIN is not included as it's a 2023. Trying to get 2023 added, and I think having a few people reporting when the window for my complaint opens will help. Let me know.

I haven't followed along close enough on the years. I do know it's problematic on the refresh.

It was just a matter of time before the later ones would start to fail due to aging of the plastic, until gm changed the design or material, which I've hadn't heard of either.
