Upfitter switches and Baja Designs

super dumb question.. My truck has the up fitter switches. where do I hook up individual accessories? do I have to run the power wires from the ditch lights through the firewall to the up fitter fuse box?
There should be 4, 8"-10" of blunt cut wires with the ends taped up. Up above the brake pedal.

ETA... I take that back, you have a refresh and the buttons are in the center console. I have no idea where the blunt cut wires will be hiding out.

Are you sure you have everything installed? Factory only installs the switches, dealer or you have to install everything else. Everything else should have been in a bag, somewhere in the cab.

Yep, still above the brake pedal, zipped tied to the floor vent duct work...

The dealer installed the switches same morning I picked the truck up. They have power just wasn’t sure where to tie into them.. found the 4 wires under the dash. Now to install and find a hole in the firewall. Seems like an Independence Day install

Thank you!

The i stall procedure pdf will have pictures where to run the wires thru the firewall.

I extend the factory blunt cut wires and run all 4 into the engine compartment all at once. If I would ever need to have a upfitter switch control something in the cab, I would just undo the splice on one wire.

Here is how far I run the "extended" wires...
