Trailer lights not working.

Hi I have a 2023 canyon. I’m not getting lights on my trailer to work. I connected a tester to the truck without the trailer connected. I’m getting the red light on for the ground on the tester but no lights on the tester for the left and right side to the trailer lights to show they are getting power.any ideas?

Unfortunately you can't test the light circuits at the 7way, only (-) ground and (+)12.

I would check the fuses for the trailer lighting circuits and then the trailering module. Which the module is a known issue.
