Good old Nebraska clay. Haven't lived in NE for 23 years now, but have gone back a lot (family still there plus I have done a lot of work there the last several years) so have still gotten the Nebraska clay experience aplenty. Montana doesn't have clay like that, lol. Northeast Nebraska, does.

Speaking of cleaning my tires.... I don't. I rarely even wash my truck, sadly. Where I live in the mountains here in MT, I wash my truck and it is immediately dirty as soon as I drive it home. Sucks but that is what it is with the last few miles of unpaved road (which is a defunct railroad bed cut through the mountains) and then my quarter mile steep and winding drive to my house. And 7+ months of the year it is snow and ice on my drive, so I gave up washing and cleaning much!

I’m same as you. My tires will look new when they put a brand new set on it

I use Labocosmetica NERO - Tire Dressing Gel/Gray Microfiber Applicator, about once every six months; its somewhat expensive but worth it, I purchased a gallon. For weekly maintenance, I simply use Armor All Tire Foam and work it in using a detailing hair brush.

During tire rotation, each wheel/tire is washed, brushed, cleaned inside and out, air dried, followed by applying a coat of the gel above or Tire Foam, as needed, on both sides of the tire'; who does that? I do and they usually ends up looking like this.

That's the most extra thing I've ever heard of, and I'm 100% here for it. Looks amazing!

I use

Griot's Garage Black Shine XL Tire and Trim Coating Spray 21.5oz​

and microfiber clothes to wipe it down. Stays on for a few weeks.

I like Meguire's Hot Shine Tire Coating, but it does not clean. I typically use Wesley's White Wall Tire Cleaner on my tires with a tire brush once every other month, and then very carefully pressure wash the tires. This removes the dirt buildup that is caused by using the tire spray.
The coating is very shiny and when applied to a clean tire, the tire looks brand new.

+1 to pressure washing the wheels and tires first.

I use this: Meguires HotShine - I've seen the shine flip back on the paint only if I don't use my tire brush to go over it once after spraying the wheel.

Check out Adam’s Graphene Tire spray. It holds up to several washes/rain showers. Matte finish. No residue when dry. It is my go to on all my vehicles including my show car.

I think all Adam's products are top notch. I used to have to order them 10 plus years ago now I find them everywhere locally in Alaska. Adam's Tire shine is pretty solid too.

Yep, just like that one for me. The sponges won’t get around all the side wall tread. I spray the tire and run around it twice with the brush to even it out and get rid of excess build up. Just don’t use the brush for anything else. Will get gummed up and turn brown. I wash it every few months with some Dawn to get the build up off.

Some thicker products can be thinned with water to make applying a little easier with the complex surfaces on AT/MT tires.

During regular/frequent maintenance, I use a round detailing brush to work the foam spray in, however, I use a grey microfiber applicator purchased from Labocosmetica when applying their Nero tire gel.
